Abstract:
     The invention discloses a culture medium which can induce the somatic cell from garlic idiosome callus, which is prepared by dissolving 6-benzyl purine 6-BA, 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 2, 4-D, casein hydrolysate CH, sucrose and gelose in minimum medium MS. The advantage is that it has a high inductivity and so is suitable for plant production of garlic.
