Abstract:
     The invention discloses a culture medium induced by garlic bushy bud, which is prepared by dissolving 6-benzyl purine 6-BA, kinetin KT, heteroauxin IAA, casein hydrolysate CH, sucrose and gelose in minimum medium MS. Using the said culture medium, the inductivity of the garlic idiosome can reach 89.0 % and the propagating coefficient of the garlic stem culture can be improved, which is good for industrial production of garlic assembly bud.
