Abstract:
     A flowering culture medium for cockscomb is prepared from the culture medium Nb, Fe salt, cytokinin and auxin. A method for inducing flowering of cockscomb in an enclosed container features that said flowering culture medium is used, the temp is 18-23 deg.C for at least 18 hr/day, the temp more than 25 deg.C does not last for 6 hr/day, and the illuminescent time and strength are respectively 10-12 hr/day and 800-2000 LX.
