Abstract:
    The present invention relates to one-step seedling production method of Saussurea involucrata embryo. Based on embryo generating principle and by means of indirect embryo generating mode, Saussurea involucrata embryo is obtained and made to root and germinate simultaneously so as to be converted into seedling in one step. The method is simple, provides way for great area artificial plantation of Saussurea involucrata and lays the foundation for great area artificial plantation of Saussurea involucrata.
