Abstract:
    The present invention belongs to the field of plant tissue culture technology. The tissue culturing and fast propagating process of crastinus leaf includes the following steps: 1. sterilizing crastinus leaf stem section with bud as the explant, inoculating to culture, to obtain callus and to induce cespitose bud; 2. multiplying the cespitose bud to about 3 times; 3. cutting the obtained cespitose bud, and transferring to rooting culture medium to root and to form complete regenerated plant; and 4. transplanting the regenerated plant into nutritious soil to obtain the crastinus leaf seedling for transplanting. The said process has raised propagation coefficient and certain latent application foreground.
