| This invention involves a molecular marker which has closely link with Sumai 3 scab resistant major QTL and applications. The molecular mark Xgwm533 and stm748tcac, and the size are 316bp and 205bp. The molecular markers can be used to Sumai 3 and its derivatives varieties or genotypes of the strains detected, to determine whether or strains resistant to scab. The advantage lies: contrast with the current use of molecular markers Xgwm533-Xgwm493, the QTL section only 1.0cm in length. It will enhance the Sumai 3 scab resistance Major QTL molecular marker-assisted selection efficiency. | |||
