Abstract:
    The present invention discloses a method of de-toxic rehmannia miniature seed cultivation without soil, wherein after inorganic matrix and organ matrix are mixed at a ratio, available dosage bactericide is added and mixed, after general refining seeding, tube seedling obtained by planting high grade de-toxic rehmannia breed is transplanted or directly planting rehmannia, regular irrigates Nutritious liquid A and B of the present invention to keep suitable ground temperature after planting ,at same time using mothproof device. The method has effectively solved problem that rehmannia could not repeated-plant and must changes ground annually, the method also effectively has reduced seed quantity used about 50%, reduced cost; have averagely increased production 33.7%;could achieve multi-generation reproduction in one year, increases propagation times of de-toxic rehmannia, uniformity of rehmannia produced is good, size is mezzo.
