Abstract:
    The present invention discloses distant crossing method of bamboo and rice, belongs to the field of rice hybridizing technology, and aims at transferring excellent gene of heterogeneous plant to rice to expand and enrich rice gene bank, create new germplasm source and culturing new rice breed. The method includes the following steps: 1. hybridizing Raoke F4 and green bark bamboo to obtain bamboo rice; 2. obtaining the tillering seedling of the first generation of bamboo rice, treating with colchicina solution and cultivating to obtain second generation bamboo rice F2 seed; 3. hybridizing bamboo rice F2 with Baomei F3 to obtain bamboo Baomei F3; 4. hybridizing bamboo rice F2 with Haikechuan rice to obtain bamboo Kechuan F2 and hybridizing bamboo Kechuan F2 with Guichao 2 to obtain Zhuzazao rice; and 5. hybridizing bamboo Baomei F3 with Zhuzazao rice to obtain Zhudao 966 rice and Zhudao 989 rice.
