    The invention relates to a method for constructing rice sporinite-gametocyte sterile system, wherein it uses the light-temperature sensitive sterile system of sporinite and the cytoplasm sterile system of gametocyte, to obtain the sterile system with sporinite sterile genes and gametocyte sterile gene. The invention can improve the safety of cross rice seed preparation.
