Abstract:
    The present invention relates to a high heat absorption type PET polyester slice and its preparation method. It is characterized by that in the polyester slice 5-15 ppm of carbon black, 5-10 ppm of zirconium oxide and 20-30 ppm of cobalt acetate are contained. Its preparation method includes the following steps: mixing carbon black and zirconium oxide with ethylene glycol to obtain ethylene glycol solution of carbon black and zirconium oxide, mixing cobalt acetate with ethylene glycol to obtain cobalt acetate solution; feeding refined terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol into esterification still, making reaction to obtain oligomer; making carbon black and zirconium oxide solution and cobalt acetate solution be respectively added on the oligomer pipeline between esterification reaction and prepolymerization for producing PET, mixing them by static mixer on oligomer pipeline, then feeding the above-mentioned mixture into prepolymerization still and fully mixing carbon black, zirconium oxide nano particles, cobalt acetate and oligopolymer in prepolymerization still, then making them be fed into final polymerization still, making reaction so as to obtain the invented PET polyster slices.
