Abstract:
     The invention discloses the masterbatch of sodium montmorillonite nanometer composite material and preparing method, comprising 50-60 parts organic odium montmorillonite, 20-50 parts urethane elastomer and 0-10 parts graft copolymer. The method comprises the following steps: in the mixing machine, mixing the organic odium montmorillonite and urethane elastomer at 70-85Deg.C for 10-15 min, the rotor speed being 136r/min, adding graft copolymer, mixing for 10-15min, squeezing with extrusion machine at 200-220Deg.C, the rotor speed being 60r/min, drying, and getting masterbatch. The masterbatch has advantages of wide application area, low cost, good hot strength, peel strength, impact strength, heat-durability, solvent resistance, oil resistance and improving the brittle temperature.
