The method comprises the following steps: putting the glass sand into the unsaturated resin and epoxide resin for 1-5min, adding clarity phosphor, at 130-160Deg.C forming, then grinding, and getting the product. The product has the advantages of diaphaneity, soft vision, lubricating tactility, and good elasticity and tenacity.
