Abstract:
     The invention relates to a environmental-friendly flame-proof plastic and method for preparing the same. The component of said flame-proof material and their weight content are that: polypropylene, 40-60%, flame-proof agent 20-40%, disperser 5-20%, and flexibilizer 5-15%. The method comprises: (1) measuring raw material according to formula, putting them into high-speed kneader, discharging when temperature of mixed material is 100-140 Deg. C, and cooling to room temperature; (2) putting mixed material into bolt extrusion machine to get strip material and make temperature of discharged material be 180-200 Deg. C; (3) air cooling strip material, introducing it to dicing cutter and getting said product. The invention is characterized by good processability, high thermal stability and outstanding flame-proof property.
