Abstract:
    The process of preparing transfer film of blended collagen and carboxymethyl cellulose includes the following steps: the first preparing collagen with waste chromium bits, alkaline compound, industrial pancreatin and water through mixing, separating and concentrating; the subsequent mixing the collagen, carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerin and cross-linking agent via stirring and regulating the pH value to 3.5-8.5; preparing blend film through flow casting and vacuum drying; and soaking the blend film in water solution of glycerin and vacuum drying. The present invention can utilize tanning waste resource, and the prepared blended transfer film has excellent flexibility, high air permeability, high water vapor permeability, easy degrading and other advantages.
