Abstract:
     The invention relates the liquid flame-proof silicon rubber, comprising 30-70wt% dimethyl polysiloxane, 27-40wt% aluminum hydroxide, 1-10wt% zinc oxide, 1-10wt% silica dioxide, 0.02-0.1wt% platinum compounds and 0.98-9.9wt% organo-silicone. The method comprises the following steps: 1 batching; 2 stirring mixture; 3 stirring aluminum hydroxide; 4 using three-high mill; 5 getting product. The product has the advantages of fire-retardancy, suppleness and cementation.
