Abstract:
    The high strength hard polyurethane foam plastic includes two components, component A and component B, in the weight ration of 1 to 1-1.08. The component A consists of combined polyether 100 weight portions, foaming agent 3-5 weight portions, nanometer level inorganic material 1-5 weight portions, catalyst 1.5-3 weight portions, chain expanding agent 1-3 weight portions, and foam stabilizer 0.2- 1.2 weight portions. The component B is polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate with NCO in 30.0-32.0 wt%. The preparation process of the high strength hard polyurethane foam plastic includes the steps of mixing the materials of component A through stirring to form the component A, mixing the component A and the component B in a foaming machine, molding and curing. The high strength hard polyurethane foam plastic has raised mechanical performance and high size stability, and is suitable for use in aeronautics, astronautics and other fields.
