Abstract:
    The present invention relates to a three-dimensional powder-based production process using powders based on cyclic oligomers, and to moldings produced by this process. The forming method is a laminated molding process using powders based on cyclic oligomers, wherein each selective area of the powder layer can be melted by insertion of the electromagnetic energy. The selectivity can pass through and not be limited by mask, applied inhibitor, absorbent or sensitivity, or can be achieved by focusing energy incidence such as laser technology. The concretionary fraction can be taken out from the powder bed after cooling to serve as molding. The method of the present invention uses powders based on cyclic oligomers. The precursor is easily to be grinded. The determined member characteristic, in particular to density and thermal forming stability, of the member made by one of the methods of the present invention are all improved and can be used to novel fields.
