Abstract:
    The present invention is polylactic acid processing technology, and is one polylactic acid product making process, which includes dissolving polylactic acid in chloroform via stirring, pouring the solution into ethanol or cyclohexane to produce precipitate, washing the precipitate with ethanol or cyclohexane, drying to obtain powdered or flocculent partially disentangled polylactic acid base material, and applying monodirectional pressure of 5-300 MPa onto the partially disentangled polylactic acid base material at 10-60 deg.c for 1 min to 1 hr to obtain the polylactic acid product. Thus obtained polylactic acid product has physical and mechanical performance similar to that of product obtained through conventional process.
