It is made up by using (by wt%) 6%-45% of fluoroethylene-alkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin (FEVE), 10%-50% of hydroxyl acrylic resin, 1%-8% of organic silicon and 25%-40% of solvent through a cross-linking reaction process.
