Abstract:
This process to extract humic acid includes such technological steps as breaking off cotton seeds, oil dregs (beancake, sesame oil dregs and peanutcake), tree bark and leaves respectively, screening, mixing them with bran (corn, millet and wheat) while addition of 10-15% water, loading mixture in braided sacks, stocking the sacks in semi-underground glass conservatory for fermentation, then natural cooling, and put in stirring jar immersion in hot water for 10-14 hours, liquid-solid separation, concentration of the filtrate by evaporation until the concentrated liquid shows fuscous paste, and drying to obtain fuscous crystals. The product contains 61% total humic acid content (dried matter), in which the content of xanthogenic acid (dried matter) is 50.5%.
