Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the field of chemical modification of protein. For concreteness, it is a compound formed by using lentinan derivant having notable synergistic anti-cancer action for IL-2 to covlently modify IL-2 so as to reduce the toxic side effect and raise the anti-cancer activity of IL-2. As compared with IL-2, the IL-2 blood half-life of said compound is greatly prolonged, so that the serious toxic side effect resulted from large dose application of IL-2 can be reduced, and the synergistic action of lentinan can be brought into full play so as to make its drug potency be notably raised.
