Abstract:
     A process for synthesizing improved casein fibre size uses ascorbic acid as redox trigger system. The casein as skeleton compound and the first polymerizing monomer of acrylonitrile or the second polymerizing monomer of acrylonitrile or the second polymerizing monomer of acrylonitride and methyl methacrylate take part in graft copolymerization under the action of said trigger to obtain casein fibre with 50000-80000 of molecular weight. The spinning size has solid content of 6.3-9.2% and viscosity of 100-300 P.
