Abstract:
     A preparation method of ammoniated lignin by using hydrogen peroxide as oxidizing agent includes the following steps: placing lignin raw material, ammonia water, hydrogen peroxide and water into a reaction container according to a certain proportion, reaction temp. is 60 deg.C-140 deg.C, stirring speed is 300 rpm, reation time under normal pressure is 40-150 min, and the nitrogen contentin ammoniated lignin can be up to 3%-24%. As compared with the method using oxygen gas as oxidizing agent, its reaction time can be shortened by one half, reaction temp. can be reduced by 40 deg.C-80 deg.C, and its reaction can be implemented under normal pressure. Said ammoniated lignin can be used as organic slow-releasing fertilizer in agricultural application.
