     The present invention discloses an extraction method of fimbrin which is a natural biological macromolecule with good oxygen osmolarity, good air permeability, excellent biological compatibility, good flexibility, good humoral moistening property and anti-pollution property and good stability. It is specially used for making contact lens. Said invented fimbrin pure solution also can be used for making ophthalmic bandage, and bandage and artificial skin for curing other diseases.
