| The method for preparing edible gelatin by using chicken skin as raw material includes the following steps: cutting raw material, defatting, acid treatment, cleaning, boiling to obtain gelatin, filtering, concentrating, freezing gelatin and drying. Said invention adopts acid method to prepare gelatin. It does not damage glutamic acid and asparagic acid, and its gelatin product color is light, has no need of adding hydrgen peroxide to make decolorization. | |||
