Abstract:
     The preparation method of spherical lignin bead body includes the following steps: dispersing theconcentrated pulping paper-making black liquor or red liquor into non-intermiscible solvent, i.e. dispersing phase, and adding dispersing agent, activating agent and cross-linking agent, and utilizing the action of external force and programmed temperature-rising mode, and adopting cross-linking solidification process at normal pressure to prepare the spherical lignin bead body whose grain size distribution range can be 1-50 micra, 50-100 micra, 100-300 micra and 300-1200 micra, average pore diameter is 5-150 nm, uniformity coefficient is less than or equal to 1.30, specific surface area is 35-450 sq.m/g, water content is 50%-75%, stacking density is 0.18-0.41 g/ml and stacking volume is 2.44-5.56 ml/g.
