Abstract:
     The invention discloses a humate preparation method by using weathered coal and brown coal as raw material comprising the steps of, disintegrating weathered coal or brown coal into 0.1-2mm powder and charging 100 parts of it into autoclave with highly effective solid-liquid mixing agitator, charging moistening and activating agent 0.1-0.3 part and water 200 parts into the autoclave, agitating, elevating the temperature to 60-85 deg. C, charging 30-60 parts of alkaline solution whose weight percentage concentration is 25-45% into the autoclave within 5-10 min, continuing the reaction at the temperature of 60-85 deg. C for 30 min, and discharging to obtain the needed humic acid salt slip, and the humic acid salt powder is further prepared through dehumidification and disintegration.
