Abstract:
     This invention relates to a simple method for preparing four anticancer medicines in which polyester contains main chain 5-fluorouracil. The result of priliminary medicinal determination to one (PFUE-2-4) of polyesters shows that it has advantiges of better anticancer activity, less toxic and slow in action.
