Abstract:
     This invention is charaterized by using a static mixer as hydrolyzing reactor, satd. HCe as circulating liq., and carrying out hydrolyzation under pressure. All the HCi produced is recovered in gaseous state with a rate of recovery up to 90-98%. The hydrolyzation product obtained meets the technological requirements of downstream processes.
