Abstract:
     Polyhydric silicon oil emulsion,whose molecular weight is about 100-200 thousand and the particle size is up to 1 um,can be prepared by the following process:the neutral hydrolysate of dimethyl dechlorosilane or the mixture of dimethyl dichlorosilane and methyl trichlorosilane or the like as major raw material was added by just right amount of emulsifier and demineralized water,emclsified with mechanical means.Then,in the presence of acidic or alkalic calalyst,the hydrolysate is polymerized at suitable temperature.The emulsion is cheaper and easier to solid into diaphragm with better properties than others.
