Abstract:
     Adding catalyst beforehand, saturated organic solution of phosgene reacts with bisphenol in alkaline soln. and condensation-polymerization of resultant takes place synchronically on the interface between two liquid solus. Thus polycarbonic ester is produced in single-step. Reactions finish within one to ten minutes. The heat of reaction may completely absorbed by the material of reaction, assuring the hetero-phase system present the type of oil in water. Without acidation, the reaction material can completely seperater into two layers very quickly, and the raw glue can be extracted and refined. The molecular weight of the product can be adjusted between 20-50 thousand and Mw/Mn between 1.2-1.6. This invention is enjoyed for its lower monomer comsumption, higher time-space efficiency, good-quality products, the simple mode of heat dissipation and the concise structure of the equipments.
