Abstract:
     The invention relates to a resin used for moltening mold of titanium alloy, which is produced from furfurl alcohol JBF, oxalic acid and caustic soda and has low viscosity, 10-20 centi-poise; less gas generated, less than 10ml/g at 1100 deg.C and larger lifetime. As used as the adhesives for mold-making, the resin have a quick solidifying speed (time for each layer solidifying, 2-6 hrs) at ambient temperature, and excellent heat-resistance without shape changing, and can be used for making precise castings of Ti alloy with thin wall (1 mm) and camplicated shapes.
