Abstract:
     Since the diphenol monomer with phthalein lateral group is used for the synthesis, in which the phthalein-ring has a character of self-catalysis, so the expensive difluoro-diphenyl ketone may be replaced by low reactive dichloro-diphenyl ketone and the reaction temp. may be dropped from 320 deg.C to about 200 deg.C. The comprehensive properties of the product surpass or approach those of ICI company's. It is available to produce membranes, films, plates, tubes, fibres, paints and other structural materials and may be used in astro-navigation, aviation, nuclear industry, electronic industry, ship-building industy, automobile industry and electromechanic industry, etc. It also may be an ideal suitable material for membrane seperation.
