Abstract:
     This invention belongs to a preparation method of expoxide resin derivat. First,mixing epoxide resin, cis-butylene and diacid anhydride with styrene for producing esterified epoxy styrene. then the solidifying agent, methyl hexahydrobenzene dicarboxylic acid anhydride, and unsaturated alcoholic acid resin for increasing softness are added to produce impregnate which can be stored at least 28 days under 40 deg.C without gelatinizing. The produced impregnate by this invention is suitable for the B-F grade common insulating impregnated at ambient temperature, and can be used for vacuum impregnation of the coil rod in large high voltage electric generator for the VPI (vacuum pressurized impregnation) of the whole coil of high voltage motor stator, the large DC and AC armature coil and magneticpole coil impregnation and other motor electric appliance components impregnation.
