Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a porous sintered clay block with air bags, its production process and application. It is characterized by including the following steps: adopting clay or sludge, uniformly mixing it with plant fibre and silicone sand, wrapping them with plant fibre ball and forming, the volume of air bags and passage is 20-30% of volume of the sintered block (ball). Its form can be ball, rod and rectangular, and their sizes can be defined according to the requirements. Between external surface and fibre ball the passage can be set, and the wet blank is dehydrated (stove-dried or air-dried) and sintered so as to obtain the invented product. Its sintering temp. is identical to that of baking bricks, and its sintering kiln car be oxidation type kiln, also can be reduction type kiln. Said invented product can be used as greening and liquid-adsorbing filtering material or air-filtering material.
