Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a catalyst system consisting of (A).(B) and (C), wherein (A) is a solid material precipitated by adding titanium tetrahalide and assist-precipitant to solution of magnesium halide in organic epoxy compound and organic phosphorus compound, and then treated with polybasic carboxylic acid ester and titanium tetrahalide, (B) represents alkylaluminium and (C) denots organic silicane. The catalyst system possesses very high activity and orientation effect. The resulting polymer has good granular appearance and small amount of impurity.
