Abstract:
     -alkyl-amino propionate is made of perfluoro alkyl ethyl acrylate added with secondary amine, then reacts with R -X to prepare the compound expressed in the formula at the right hand. Where: n is 4-12 preferably 6-8; R1 is hydrogen or methyl. Preferably hydrogen; R2 or R3 is alkyl of C1-C5 preferably propyl, butyl. X is halogen, HSO4 or low-carbon organic acid radical, methyl sulfonic acid radical, preferably chlorine. The emulsifying agent containing the compounds mentioned above is used for the process of spinning material.
