Abstract:
     The process is carried out in the system of the solution-precipitation polymerization of the tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene in presence of a peroxy carbonate as a free radical initiator and 1,2,2-trichloro,1,2,2-trifluoroethylene as a media. In order to control the molecular weight of the copolymer, a compound having formula CnR2n 2 is selected as a gas-phase chain adjusting agent,wherein n=0,1 or 2; R=H, cl or F The third monomer of the copolymer is selected from the group consisting of the CF2XOCF2X' or RCR'CR", wherein X=X'Cl or F; R=CF3 or CH3, R'=CF3,CH3 or H; R"=H or F. The copolymers essentially consist of components of 60-40 mole% of tetrafluoroethylene, 40-60mole% of ethylene and 0.1-10mole% of the third monomer.
