Abstract:
     This invention is categorized as an aqueous solution polymerization of medium concentration acrylamide, featuring that when polymer gel is pushed out, it is not necessary either to apply coating of anti-adhesive agent or to use plastic bags for lining. The method differs from the conventional one in that by means of a tube-type polymerization reactor with a piston driven by liquid pressure, the polymer gel is easily and smoothly pushed out into the form of thread. The method won great success in the trial production with no setback which occurs in the conventional method.
