| Ethylene, at least one of a-olefine and non-conjugated diene can polymerize to produce olefine copolymer rubber in the presence of poor solvent and organic metal compound (composition 1) as well as the catalyst of transition metallic compound (composition 2). Organ-alumiuium compound is the first composition and vanadium compound is the second composition. This modified vanadium compound is made by having the vanadium compound react with the compound in formula (1) or (2) or (3). Where R expresses carbon 1-20 hydrocarbon; X1, X2 and X3 are haloid elements or alkoxyl respectively. This method can prevent from forming condensation rubber in polymerizing process. | |||
