    The invention relates to has the following properties: has the following properties: (1) it comprises units derived from propylene in an amount of 50-95mol% and units derived from 1-butene in an amount of 5-50mol%. The propylene-base elastomer is excellent in rigidity, heat resistance, scratch resistance, transparency, heat sealability, and blocking properties which can be prepared using a given transitionmetal catalyst.
