    The present invention is a kind of plant growth protecting cover comprising a cover body, a lining tube and an expanding press ring. The cover body has spherical top, cylindrical middle and lower parts and bottom edge, the cover body top has ventilating hole and holes plug, and the bottom edge has fixing hole and slot for the expanding press ring. The lining tube is fixed with the expanding press ring inside the cover body. The plant growth protecting cover is covered outside plant, and fixed to soil or plant in different modes.
