     The present invention relates to a method for selecting and breeding celery cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line. It is characterized by that it selects natural mustard rape male sterile plant, uses high-quality celery cabbage DH line 63-5 as maintainer line, utilizes distant hybridization, continuous backcross and molecular marking auxiliary selection to obtain genetic stable celery cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line, breeding said sterile line so as to obtain the celery cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line CMS 63-5 for production application.
