Abstract:
     A process for selectively culturing the cytoplasmic male sterile line CMS6-150 of covering mustard includes such steps as continuous backcrossings between the natural mustard-type rape's cytoplasmic male sterile line 6-102A as female parent and the maintainer-line covering mustard 6-150 as male parent while molecular marker aided selecting to obtain the cytoplasmic male sterile line and maintainer line of covering mustard, and reproducing said cytoplasmic male sterile line.
