     The invention discloses a humectant with chitin, which comprises the following parts: pure water, alcaine carbazide, asparaginyl, glycocoll, inositol, hydrolytic milk protein and chitin. The preparing technology of humectant comprising the following steps: heating 1 K pure water to 75-80 deg.c; adding pure water, alcaine carbazide, asparaginyl, glycocoll, inositol and hydrolytic milk protein according to the weight proportion sequently; stirring completely; adding chitin to stir to produce the product. The invention can be used in plant flower, which provides new fitful growing environment for normal growth and long-way transportation.
