Abstract:
    The cultivation process of Mnium cuspidaum Hedw includes the following steps: collecting wild Mnium cuspidaum Hedw, drying in the air, grinding and adding distilled water to compound water solution of Mnium cuspidaum Hedw in 10-30 % concentration; loading moist culture medium into container, spreading the Mnium cuspidaum Hedw solution to the surface and covering the container mouth with holed plastic film; setting the container under indoor natural lighting, controlling the temperature to 16-22 deg.c and pouring nutritious solution every other day; and pouring nutritious solution and water alternately for the plant to grow for 10-30 days. The cultivation process is simple, practical, low in cost, high in plant survival rate and suitable for large area cultivation in greenhouse to provide great amount of Mnium cuspidaum Hedw.
