Abstract:
     This invention is charaterized by its new process. First, ferment or digest the eucommia leaves or barks so as to destroy their cell walls, then crush the cell tissues with high-speed hydraulic pulverizers to dissociate the filiform gutta-percha, and finally eliminate impurities to obtain the gutta-percha product whose gutta content will be up to 85% or above. Such extraction simplifies the usual processes and equipments. and provides easy operation, thus cutting down its cost.
