Abstract:
     The regeneration of waste vulcanized rubber belongs to the recovery process of waste rubbers. Among them, the waste synthetic vulcanized rubber is more difficult to regenerate, and the waste bag rubber scrapped in making tire is even more difficult for this purpose. The present invention uses special additives and processing methods to regenerate waste bag rubber without adding any pure raw material. The feedstock used in the present method is available and cheap, low in productive cost and constructive investment. Moreover, the regenerated rubber produced by the present invention has a good anti-ozone aging ability, so it can be used as waterproof material. Its resistance to weather can last about 30 years.
