Abstract:
     This invention uses ethylene amine kind of materials as modifier. The effect of modifying waste rubber powder at normal temp. is obvious, so it greatly simplifies technological routine, lowers energy consumption alot and decreases investment for apparatus and human power. There is no environmental pollution during whole technological process. The modified rubber powder or slice prepared according to this method can be directly used by mingling it in proportion. The rubber-modified rubber powder composited material has excellent physical and mechanical performances and low cost.
