Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a kind of natural rubber producing process, in which whey separated from solidification of natural rubber is made to react with sugar to produce lactic acid and the lactic acid is used to replace sulfuric acid as solidifying agent. Into the diluted natural rubber latex, lactic acid in 0.5-1.5 wt% of dry rubber is added and the rubber latex is solidified at normal temperature and normal pressure for 2-12 hr. The upper layer of gel is produced into product through pressing into sheet, rinsing, drying and packing. The whey is collected and reacted with sugar in 1-4 wt% of whey at 20-60 deg.c for 6-16 hr in the reactor until pH becomes lower than 4 with the lactic acid produced beinb used in the solidification of the next batch of rubber latex.
